These terms cover anyone who registers an account or places bets at New Brunswick Casino. They take effect when you sign up and continue to apply whenever you log in, fund your account or wager in our Popular, Live Casino, Jackpots or any other section.

How do bonuses work?
All promotions, the welcome offer and New Brunswick Rewards among them, are governed by our Bonus and Promotion Rules. Where a matter concerns bonuses, those rules come first.
How do I make a complaint?
- Email [email protected] with a brief account of what happened, the date and time it occurred and your username.
- Include any screenshots or transaction details you have.
- We look into the matter and email you our decision, explaining the reasons behind it.
How are game results decided?
- Slots, Jackpots and other RNG games rely on a random number generator for every result, so no spin or hand depends on the one before.
- In Live Casino, real dealers run each game over a live stream. Whatever happens at the table is the official result.
- The rules and payout details for each title are listed in its in-game help screen.
- If a game, server or stream malfunctions, any play or payout it affects is void. Stakes on any round declared void are returned to you.
Which law applies?
New Brunswick law and the federal laws of Canada apply to these terms. Accounts are available solely to people who live in jurisdictions where internet gambling is permitted. We meet Canadian requirements on confirming who players are and how old they are, and on preventing money laundering.
Can these terms change?
These terms are updated each time our products, services or legal duties shift. The wording in force, along with its start date, is always displayed here. For major updates, we send an email or display an alert when you log in next. Continuing to play once revised terms are in effect means you accept them.
