Cookie Notice
This notice covers every visitor to New Brunswick Casino, whether they have an account or not. It applies to each page you open, including the lobby, the Promotions page, the cashier and Live Casino.
What are cookies?
Cookies are tiny text files that allow a site to identify your browser when you come back. Session cookies are deleted the moment your visit is over. Persistent cookies last until their preset expiry date or until you remove them. Pixels, local storage and comparable tools are also covered by this notice.
Which cookies are essential for the site?
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site functioning. Secure play is not possible without them.
- Holding your login active as you move between pages.
- Protecting the cashier and stopping fraudulent logins.
- Supporting location checks, so that play takes place only where it is allowed under local law.
- Storing your cookie choices.
These cookies are always on, because the site relies on them to run securely.
What do functional cookies do?
Functional cookies make your visits smoother.
- Saving your language and display settings.
- Displaying the games you played recently in the lobby.
- Keeping your preferred game filters, such as Popular or Jackpots.
Disabling them will not stop the site from working, but these preferences will have to be set again.
What do analytics cookies do?
We use analytics cookies to find slow-loading pages, see which features players use most and spot errors, so we can fix problems and improve the lobby. The figures are combined and never identify you personally. We only set these cookies after you give consent.
How can I control or turn off cookies?
- The first time you arrive, a cookie banner asks whether you want to allow or decline optional cookies.
- You can revise that decision whenever you wish through the footer's cookie settings link.
- You can also use your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
If you block the strictly necessary cookies, signing in and the cashier will not work.
Do other companies set cookies on the site?
Yes. Some site features are supplied by game partners, payment providers, verification providers or analytics services. If you use those features, the providers may use their own cookies and process the data in line with their own policies. Every partner we work with has to meet our security standards.
Do you use marketing cookies?
Marketing cookies let us see how well our campaigns work and display relevant New Brunswick Casino offers on other websites. We set them only with your consent and never for anyone under 19. Consent can be withdrawn whenever you wish through the cookie settings. How We Handle Your Data explains more about marketing choices.
Will this notice change?
This notice is updated if the cookies we use change or the law changes, and each version lists its start date. If new consent is needed after a change, the cookie banner will reappear. Questions on cookies? Email [email protected].
